01PLOT
When an alien ray makes him a super-genius, Slash returns to Earth, bent on turning the entire population of New York City into mutant turtles like him, with the intention of turning the whole world into mutant turtles so he can become the 'One Supreme Turtle', leaving Donatello to fend him off in a battle of smarts.

- When Slash loses his intelligence, he appears to become even less intelligent than he was in "Slash: The Evil Turtle from Dimension X", which portrayed Slash as having a normal level intellect.
- Slash appears to make his way back to Earth with no dimensional portal.
- Clips from this episode were highlighted in the episode of VH1's _I Love the 80's_ about the year 1988, even though the episode did not air until 1992.
